Community Guidelines
Elgato's mission is to enable creators with the tools and digital assets needed to Create Greatness. To make the discovery process even easier, we've created the Elgato Marketplace.
Please help us build a best-in-class, high-quality inclusive Marketplace by ensuring your products/templates/content follows these Community Guidelines. As a reminder, please report any suspicious content or violations of these Community Guidelines.
By interacting and/or submitting a product on the Elgato Marketplace, you agree to these Community Guidelines, as well as our existing terms of service. We're committed to these Community Guidelines, and we're excited to have your mutual support in enforcing them.
This document is a living space and will change over time. Your continued use of the Elgato Marketplace will indicate your acceptance of the changes. You can see when this document was last updated at the bottom left of this page.
Elgato reserves the right to remove a product at any time. Failure to respect the Community Guidelines on this page may result in content removal, temporary/permanent account ban, or any other restriction we deem appropriate.

If we reach out and ask you to stop using Elgato's name or marks, you must immediately comply with the request.
Report a violation
Help us keep the Elgato Marketplace and community a safe and fun environment.
Each of us plays a crucial role in the Elgato community. If you see something you think may violate our guidelines, please help us by contacting us.
When submitting a report, please provide as much information as possible. This may include links, photos, videos, and content descriptions. This way, we can quickly identify the content in question. We may remove the entire product, template, or content that violates our guidelines.
There are many scenarios where disputes can be resolved directly between Elgato users. If one of your creations was posted by another user or organization, you could try contacting the violator directly and ask for the content to be taken down. Ultimately, if that doesn't work, you can file a DMCA report.
We may work with law enforcement, including when we believe that there's a risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.
